Loft Design Studio is a regional design studio specialising in display home styling for builders, along with bespoke interior design for private and commercial clients.

With a signature aesthetic that balances warmth, elegance and liveability, our spaces are thoughtfully crafted to inspire. We believe in the power of design to shift perspectives, spark emotion and influence decision-making - which is why the homes we style don’t just look incredible, they perform.

Our mission.

At Loft Design Studio, we elevate the design experience for local builders by transforming display homes into aspirational, high-impact spaces that convert browsers into buyers. With an eye for detail and a passion for design, our studio also offers bespoke interior design solutions for private and commercial clients across the region. We are proudly local, deeply collaborative, and driven by a belief that beautiful design is good for business.

Our Services.

  • Book your complimentary consultation and we will visit you on site. Here we assess the property, discuss the style and the demographic to whom the property will be marketed to and create a floor plan.

  • We send you a detailed proposal on the items required and hire period. Once approved, we will proceed to tailor your package appealing to your target demographic.

  • Upon accepting our proposal, we will schedule your install.

  • Depending on the size of the property and any specific requirements, the installation process will take anywhere between one and three days. You can sit back and relax whilst we transform your display home.

  • On completion of lease terms, we will arrange a suitable collection date. We also offer package extensions if required, should you a require longer than originally planned.
